        The use of bacteria and their cultivation is a very common technique in basic research experiments. How to ensure the safe use of bacteria in the laboratory is a very important thing. I will explain how to use bacteria from the following aspects: 1) Types of bacteria, 2) Directory of bacteria use, 3) How to better select culture medium, 4) Use, storage and culture of bacteria, 5) Bacterial inoculation method, 6) Verification of bacterial culture phenomenon, 7) How to use bacteria on mice.
