四、个人专长:
聚焦精准医学领域发展前沿,针对重大疾病的早期诊断和可视化治疗等难题,以超分子组装策略为基础,蛋白质、多肽及功能分子为骨架,结合荧光成像的实时、快速成像优势,发展自组装生物纳米材料实现特异性靶向识别病灶的诊疗一体化。借助于超分子组装策略将多种功能基元有效整合的同时,实现荧光成像在重大疾病特异性诊疗领域的新应用。通过实验室研究和临床诊断相结合,建立重大疾病早期诊断和精准治疗的新技术。研究成果共发表35篇高水平SCI论文,其中以第一或通讯作者身份在Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, Chemical Engineering Journal, Advanced Healthcare Materials, Science China Chemistry等国际期刊发表SCI论文18篇(IF>10论文6篇,IF>5论文11篇,中科院一区论文7篇),专著2项,总引用1239次,单篇最高引用163次,h-index=21。担任Biomacromolecules, Chemical Communications等多个SCI杂志审稿专家。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,国家自然科学基金地区项目,海南省重点研发项目,海南省高层次人才项目,海南省青年项目等7项;参与国家自然科学基金、海南省重点研发项目6项。已授权发明专利2项,申请发明专利9项。
五、研究领域:
1)探究基于超分子相互作用的自组装纳米技术,构建生物相容性分子(如蛋白质/多肽)为骨架的自组装纳米材料;2)发展高时空分辨和深组织穿透的近红外二区荧光成像技术,开发基于有序纳米结构的荧光纳米探针,用于疾病的早期精准诊断;3)设计开发多功能纳米复合材料,探究药物的靶向递送和可控释放;4)集成化的超分子纳米平台开发,实现恶性疾病的诊疗一体化,探究相关作用机制。立足于上述领域的研究,致力于通过纳米探针和纳米药物开发、疾病精准诊断和高效治疗、相关诊疗机制探究,推动纳米材料在疾病诊疗领域的临床转化。
