张华，博士、教授、硕士生导师、海南省拔尖人才、南海名家青年项目人选、海南省“515人才工程”第三层次人才，首批海南省“双百”人才团队的核心成员。现任海南医学院国际护理学院院长，兼任中国红十字会第十一届理事、国家卫生健康标准委员会护理标准专业委员会专家库成员、中华医学会急诊分会护理学组副组长、中华医学会灾难医学分会教学培训学组副组长等职务。
近五年主持国家自然科学基金2项、省部级基金课题5项，以第一或通讯作者发表论文47篇、主编或者参加教材编写20部。荣获全国科普工作先进工作者，中国优秀红十字志愿者。
Hua ZHANG
PhD, professor, M.A. supervisor, top-notch personnel of Hainan Province, candidate of the youth project of the South Sea Famous Artists, the third-level talent of " 515 Talent Project " in Hainan Province and the core member of the first batch of " Double Hundred " talent team in Hainan Province. She is the Dean of the International Nursing School of of Hainan Medical University, also a member of the 11th Council of the Red Cross Society in China, a member of the expert of the Professional Committee on Nursing Standards of the National Health Care Standards Committee, deputy head of the Nursing Group of the Emergency Medical Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and deputy head of the Teaching and Training Group of the Disaster Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association.
In the past five years, she presided two National Natural Science Foundation project in China and five provincial and ministerial funds，published 47 papers as the first or corresponding author, and edited or participated in the writing of 20 teaching materials. She was awarded the National Advanced Worker in Science Popularization and the Outstanding Red Cross Volunteer of China.
