琚新梅，教授，研究生导师。首届中国研究型医院学会护理教育专业委员会委员，海南省首批基层卫生健康专家，海南医学院校级教学督导,英语熟练。教授和主管护师双职称，硕士研究生导师，15年临床工作经验，3年国外工作经历，10年高校教学经历，UNMC美国内布拉斯加医学中心访问学者。研究领域；外科（急危重症）护理，康复护理。近5年在北大中文核心、SCI等各级期刊发表学术论文20余篇。主持和主要参与省部级及以上科研课题10项，主编教材9部，其中副主编5部。先后荣获海南省拔尖人才，海南省优秀教师等称号。
