研究方向:
基于大规模GWAS数据,系统性筛选与衰老疾病相关的功能性非编码SNP,鉴定其特异性结合的调控蛋白(如转录因子),并深入阐释这些变异如何通过破坏基因调控网络影响疾病风险;2)利用UK Biobank等大型生物库资源,挖掘与人类复杂疾病及健康表型相关的新型遗传变异。最终目标是揭示疾病的分子遗传基础,并为精准医学发现新的干预靶点。
