1、HSK报名表一份(可以从办公室领取)。
The HSK registration form（download from the internet or get from the office）.
2、电子照片（100KB以下，JPG/JPEG格式）和护照复印件各一份。
One soft copy photo（below 100KB，JPG/JPEG format）and one passport copy.
3、考试费（Registration fee，RMB and non-refundable)
