In order to dowellin theadmission ofinternational graduatesof our school in 2021, thesemeasures are formulated according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and Hainan EducationalDepartmentcombined with the actual situation of our school.
1、Basic principle
（1）Adheringto the principle of "admissionbased ondemand, selectingthe best,fewer but better".
（2）Adheringto the principle of scientific selection, fullyrespectingthe autonomy ofsupervisors,conductingmultiple comprehensive evaluation.To ensure the quality of students,takingthe quality as the core, payingattention to theirinnovation,professionand comprehensive quality.Toenhancethescientificity, effectivenessand normalizationoftheinterviewfortheoverallquality of students.
（3）Adheringto the bottom line of fairness,settingstrictlimits onmaterialcheckand interviewmanagement, to ensure the fairness and justice of admission.
2、Management of organization
（1）The School Admission Committee conducts overall leadership and management of the international graduateadmission,andauthorizesthe enrollment rules,plans andmeasures.
Theworking group willauthorizetheplanforinternational graduateadmissionand theto-be-admittedlist.
The Admission Office is responsible for implementing the resolutions of the Admission Committee,organizing and implementing the international graduateadmissionunder the leadership of thegraduateadmissionworkinggroup.
（2）Under the guidance of the School Admission Office, theadmissiongroup ofSchoolof International Education is responsible for theimplementation of the international graduate enrollment examination.
3、Admission Form
Material review and on-site interview.
Material review: see the 2021 Recruitment Brochure for International Graduate Students of Hainan Medical Universityfor details. Those who fail the material review will notenterthe interview.
（2）Interview: The interview will be conducted in Chinese and will last for 25 minutesconsisting ofself-presentation (including self-introduction, research plan, etc.,withpreparesPPT) and free questions and answers:candidateswill be questioned byexperts according to the discipline of theirprofessional knowledge, comprehensive quality.
(in caseof COVID-19 epidemic, the prevention and controlof the national and provincial people's governments is upgradedand impossible foron-site examination, online examinationwill otherwise be held)
4、Admission
The fullmarksis 100, including 30 for self-presentation and 70for free questions and answers.Thosewith below60markswill not be admitted. Candidates who apply for the sameschooland the samesupervisorwill be ranked according to theirfinalmarksfrom the highest to the lowest.
5、Admissionpublicity
In accordance with the provisions of the relevant enrollment policy of the Department of Education, the interview and admissionmeasuresas well as thecandidate's preliminary materialscheckshall berepresentedto the schoolgraduate student enrollment working group for examination,approval and publicity.
6、COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control during the interview
During the interview, the epidemic prevention and control will beperformedunder the command and guidance of the school epidemic prevention and control.
(1)Disinfection of the environment of the interview room.
The logistics office of the school is responsible for disinfecting all examination rooms one day in advance.
Track and reviewofthe travel history and health code of the experts and thecandidates,strengtheningprevention and controlknowledge; Before entering the site, body temperature shall be measured bythepersonin charge.Masksand good personal protectionis required. During the interview, experts shall keep a certain distance.Those who meetnorequirementsforprevention and controlare not allowed to enter the examination room.
(3) Disposal ofexceptionalsituations
anything untowardsuch as fever is found,the work shall beendingimmediately,and thebackuppersonnel shall take over the work.Meanwhile,the emergencyteam of the university shall be reported to for treatment according to "Disposition Plan ofexceptionalsituations during Epidemic Prevention and Control of Hainan Medical University".
