Preparation and Multifunctional Application of Heteroatom Doped Fluorescent Carbon Dots and their Composite Material

杂原子掺杂荧光碳点及其复合物的制备和多功能应用

The seminar mainly focuses on the preliminary research work and future work plans. The preliminary research work uses small molecules and biomass as carbon sources to prepare various heteroatom doped carbon dots (CDs) through one-step hydrothermal treatment and acid-base neutralization method. The structure and properties of the prepared N-CDs were studied in detail. As-prepared CDs have advantages such as high fluorescence quantum yield, good photostability, low toxicity, and excellent biocompatibility. A multifunctional fluorescence sensor based on CDs and their complexes was constructed based on their interactions between the rich functional groups on the surface of CDs and analyte. The established analytical method has good selectivity and high sensitivity, achieving the analysis application of CDs in simultaneously detecting multiple targets, and antioxidant, antibacterial, and fluorescent anti-counterfeiting. Future research will concentrate on the controllable preparation of near-infrared fluorescent CDs and their application in the diagnosis and treatment of bacteria in living organisms, as well as the detection of reactive oxygen species in drug-induced acute kidney injury.


   报告主要围绕前期研究工作及未来的工作计划开展,前期研究工作主要是利用小分子和生物质作碳源,通过一步水热法及酸碱中和自放热法制备了多种杂原子掺杂碳点,对其形貌组成及发光性能的分析研究,表明所制备碳点具有高荧光量子产率、光学稳定性好、毒性低和生物相容性好等优点。利用碳点表面丰富的官能团与待测物间的相作用,构建了基于碳点及其复合物的多功能荧光传感器用于离子、小分子及温度的分析检测,所建立的分析方法选择性好、灵敏度高,实现了一种碳点同时检测多种目标物的分析应用及碳点在抗氧化、抗菌及荧光防伪方面的应用。未来的研究主要围绕近红外荧光碳点的可控制备及其在生物体内细菌的诊治和药物诱导的急性肾损伤模型中活性氧的检测开展。
