海南医科大学2025年春季学期国际学生返校通知

各位国际学生：

Dear all International Students,

2025年春季学期已正式开始！欢迎你们返回海南医科大学学习！

Welcome back to Hainan Medical University! The relevant notice about the registration to the Spring Term of the academic year 2024-2025 is prepared for you as follow.

一、返校报到注册时间及注册安排

Time for Returning to School and On-Site Registration Arrangement

1.全体在读国际学生可于2月17日—2月21日08:00-11:40和15:00-17:40持护照到辅导员办公室完成2025年春季学期线下报到注册手续。

All currently enrolled international students are required to complete the offline registration procedures for the Spring 2025 semester at the counselor's office(BGS211.212) with your passports during the following time: February 17th to February 21st , from 08:00 to 11:40 and from 15:00 to 17:40.

2.未能赶上线下注册的同学可以在2月22日—2月23日使用Study Partner APP进行线上注册。线上注册要求：必须在校园内以学校建筑为背景自拍并上传照片进行打卡注册（操作视频在文末）；不能请其他同学代替打卡注册，如出现替代打卡注册将根据学生手册进行处分。

Students who were unable to complete the offline registration can use Study Partner to complete the online registration from February 22nd to February 23rd. Requirements for online registration: You must take a selfie with a school building in the background within the campus and upload the photo to check in and register (The operation video is at the end of the text). You are not allowed to ask other students to check in on your behalf. If a proxy check-in is detected, disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with the Student Handbook.

二、未能按时报到的同学请提供足够的支撑材料并提交给辅导员进行请假。

Students who fail to report on time are requested to provide sufficient supporting materials and submit them to your counselor for leave application.

三、2025年春季学期课程开始时间为2月24日，请全体国际学生严格遵守教学制度，按照学校要求完成学习任务。

The Spring semester in 2025 course starts on February 24. All the International Students are invited to strictly abide by the teaching requirements and complete the learning tasks in accordance with the requirements of the school.
