小鼠或大鼠的基础造模

Abstract：

      In basic research experiments, animal models are a very common technical tool. The animals commonly used in the laboratory are mainly rats or mice. The mouse or mice are used to simulate diseases of various clinical systems, to explore the data by means of pathology, molecular chemistry, imaging, and laboratory techniques, and to analyze the data results obtained in order to validate the overall scientific ideas. I will explain the following aspects: 1) cardiovascular system animal models, 2) respiratory system animal models, 3) digestive system animal models, 4) urinary system animal models, 5) nervous system animal models, 6) tumor animal models, 7) skeletal system animal models, and 8) endocrine metabolism animal models.

在基础科研实验中，临床模拟动物造模是非常常见的一种技术手段。实验室常用的动物主要是大鼠或者小鼠。通过给大鼠或小鼠进行造模，模拟临床各系统相关疾病，进行病理学、分子化学、影像学、检验学等技术手段进行数据探索，将所得到的数据结果进行分析，以便为整体的科研思路进行求证。本人将从以下几个方面进行将讲解。1）心血管系统类动物模型，2）呼吸系统类动物模型，3）消化系统类动物模型，4）泌尿系统类动物模型，5）神经系统类动物模型，6）肿瘤类动物模型，7）骨骼系统类动物模型，8）内分泌代谢类动物模型。
