谷浩博士主要从事造血干细胞和白血病干细胞的干性维持机制和白血病的发生与治疗研究。共发表12篇SCI研究论文,其中以第一作者(含共同)发表4 篇,包括1篇论文以封面文章方式发表在代谢领域权威期刊Cell Metabolism (2019),2篇论文发表在血液学领域顶级期刊Blood (2020,2024),1篇论文发表在临床相关研究权威期刊 Journal of Clinical Investigation (2016)。

聚焦代谢状态和微环境因素对造血干细胞和白血病干细胞干性维持的影响,开发白血病的靶向治疗策略。利用先进的转录组学和代谢组学分析、单细胞测序、CRISPR-Cas9筛选技术,结合动物模型、代谢感受器和骨髓微环境成像等多种研究手段,深入探究代谢和微环境因素对白血病发生发展的影响并鉴定新的治疗靶点。此外,还将探索骨髓微环境与白血病干细胞之间的相互作用,探索更有效的联合治疗方案。
