个人简介

   邹卫国,二级研究员,博士生导师。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、入选国家级高层次人才计划(青年类)。长期致力于运动医学与骨生物学基础研究,通过综合运用生物化学、分子生物学、动物模型等多种研究手段,建立体内、体外高通量筛选系统,研究间充质干细胞增殖与分化的分子机制以及多种相关疾病的致病机理,并通过分子遗传学手段建立了骨骼早衰、力学感知失调、关键干细胞稳态失调等多种动物模型,模拟骨质疏松、骨关节炎、骨折等常见骨科疾病,阐明其中关键机制。受邀担任Bone Research、Bone等杂志编委,兼任ICMRS BOD Member-at-large、中国生物工程学会转化医学专业委员会副主任委员、中华医学会骨科学分会组织工程与再生医学青年组组长,中国骨质疏松与骨矿盐疾病分会基础组常委、中国老年医学会骨质疏松分会创新与转化专委会常委等。

研究方向

        团队主要从事间充质干细胞/运动系统功能性前体细胞、骨发育与重建及相关疾病机制的研究。研究方向包括间充质干细胞是一种多能干细胞,可以分化为成骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞、肌肉细胞等。运动系统功能性干细胞包括膜内成骨的骨膜干细胞、软骨内成骨的骨干细胞、关节软骨干细胞、肌腱干细胞、肌肉干细胞等。间充质干细胞/运动系统功能性干细胞向不同组织细胞的分化受到多种遗传因素和表观遗传因素的影响,并受多种信号途径调控。调控因素的异常将导致多种疾病,包括先天性发育畸形、运动系统退行性疾病如骨质疏松症、骨性关节炎以及肌腱疾病等。
