谷浩,海南省医学科学院研究员、博士生导师,入选国家高层次青年人才项目。主要从事白血病发生发展、肿瘤代谢与肿瘤免疫研究,重点关注白血病干细胞、肿瘤微环境及代谢重编程,探索肿瘤复发、耐药的关键机制及新的治疗靶点。近年来围绕上述方向取得系列研究成果,相关工作发表于 Blood、Cell Metabolism、Journal of Clinical Investigation、Nature、Cell等国际期刊。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等。

1. 白血病干细胞与肿瘤治疗
研究急性髓系白血病、急性淋巴细胞白血病等血液肿瘤发生、复发和治疗抵抗的分子机制,重点解析白血病干细胞的自我更新和代谢依赖,寻找新的治疗靶点。
2. 肿瘤代谢与肿瘤微环境
研究肿瘤细胞如何通过糖、脂质及氧化还原代谢重编程适应微环境,以及骨髓微环境如何调控白血病干细胞的存活、自我更新和治疗反应。
3. 肿瘤免疫与代谢免疫调控
研究肿瘤细胞、免疫细胞与组织微环境之间的相互作用,解析代谢变化对抗肿瘤免疫的调控机制,并探索新的肿瘤联合治疗策略。
