广东省杰出青年项目(2025立项)广州市卫健委优秀人才,中国科学院创新促进会会员15期细胞黄浦研修班成员,担任中国细胞生物学会会员,广东省自然医学研究会脑科学与功能障碍防治专业委员会学术高级顾问,国际干细胞学会会员。获得科研先进个人将,吴瑞奖,中国科学院大学优秀毕业生,优秀博士毕业论文等奖项。Current Opinion in Genetics & Development期刊客座编辑,国际干细胞研究学会摘要审稿人Bioactive MaterialsCell Bioscience期刊审稿人在国内重要学术会议多次做主题报告。发表SCI论文27篇,其中一作/通讯SCI论文14篇,包括Cell Stem Cell, Nature Cell Biology, Nucleic Acids Research, Cell Reports, EMBO ReportsTop期刊承担国家级和省市级科研项目9项。本人在细胞命运决定机制研究中提出染色质打开关闭规律,并指出体细胞染色质是细胞重编程障碍,优化并制定了高效高质量的iPSC制备体系。在iPSC应用中发现c-JUN是干细胞向心肌细胞分化的障碍,鉴定了小分子JNKi和KDMi可促进心肌细胞形成,近期工作显示逆转录病毒在心肌细胞命运调控中具有重要作用,建立了更加快速高效获取心肌细胞体系和逆转心肌纤维化双荧光报告系统上述成果为未来获取更高质量心肌细胞进行心肌损伤修复打下坚实基础。
